All students that have taken our North Bay CNA Training Program, have passed our class.  Additionally, the majority of those taking the state test have passed as well.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at North Bay CNA. Whether you want to become a CNA or use this as a jumping-off point for a career in the healthcare industry, this is the school for you. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they truly care and want you to succeed. They will prepare you not only to pass the state exams (written and skills) but to be confident and successful in the workplace. Attending this school was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I am so happy to be a CNA!

“Cindy and the North Bay CNA program are fantastic. I was a recent graduate of the full time course and absolutely loved it! It is face paced and there is a lot to learn but Cindy does an incredible job teaching and preparing students for work as a CNA. For anyone considering a career change or looking to enter the healthcare system this a wonderful opportunity to be an essential part of a healthcare team. Cindy’s approach to healthcare and care giving is holistic and she encourages her students to go above and beyond when providing care for all residents and patients. I am so grateful to have began what I hope to be a fulfilling and meaningful career in nursing at North Bay CNA!”

Very respectfully,

“I am currently enrolled in this fantastic program and I must say it is the best thing I could have done for myself! Cindy and Roxanne are soooo professional yet they are both very friendly and approachable! My classmates are very nice and we are so supportive for each other!! So if you can, sign up for this incredible opportunity! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!”

“I was so lucky to have found the North Bay CNA program. Cindy is such an incredible instructor who really cares about the progress and well-being of her students. She focuses on the importance of being a CNA and how much it is appreciated by those we can help. The structure of the program is very well thought out to ensure the success of the students. There are so many helpful materials provided and Cindy does everything she can to help the students in her class”.

-Hannah Whiteside  November 2015

“I had the pleasure of attending North Bay CNA’s part-time evening class.  I graduated November 2015 and I truly felt like I was ready for my state exams and to be employed as a CNA! Cindy does an incredible job and teaching lectures and making sure all her students are caught up and understand what is being taught. Cindy, as well as our other instructors, also did a great job in lab teaching us skills we needed to know how to perform correctly for state.  Cindy does EVERYTHING she can to help us be ready to pass our state exams, the rest is on us! I have told all of my co-workers and friends about this program and how great it is! I had such a wonderful time attending this school and getting to know Cindy”

Danielle’s Testimonial:
My experience with the NBCNA program was entirely positive. The classroom hours were used efficiently, as Ms. Carver directly states the topics on the exam and goes into detail on those. She also gives examples and stories from her own experiences, which I feel better prepared us to begin clinicals. Each day in the classroom felt like a stepping stone towards passing the exam and beginning our CNA careers.
Clinicals provided a level of supported independence that greatly deepened my education. We always had people to check in with and ask for help from, but were able to actually work with the residents ourselves. Not just observation, but active participation.
I felt entirely prepared to pass both the written and skills components of the exam! I highly recommend this course.
